Annual Registration FeeAn annual registration fee of $35 per student is due in August or at the time of enrollment.

Tuition Due Date & ProrationAll tuition is due on the first day of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $60 will be charged for each student. If a student enrolls mid-month, tuition is due the day of registration and is prorated based on the remaining days of the month.

Auto-PayWhen registering for classes via the Parent Portal, we've made it convenient for you by automatically enrolling you in auto-pay. This ensures a hassle-free payment process. For any assistance, please refer to the detailed instructions provided in the video below. Tuition is charged on the 1st of every month, and competition fees are charged on dates specified in advance. Costumes and recital fees are charged only after the commitment is confirmed.

Processing FeesAll credit card payments incur a 1.5% processing fee. However, no processing fees are added to ACH debit payments.

Adding or Dropping ClassesIf you wish to add or drop a class from your schedule, you must notify us in writing via email at studio@boutiquedanceacademy.com. If the class you’re adding is not full, you may begin attending once you’ve completed registration for that class. If the class is full, you will be added to a waitlist and notified once a spot is available. We require a 30-day written notice to drop any class. You will be billed for the class for 30 days after the date we receive notification in writing, We do not offer refunds. Once you register for a class, we hold a place for your child in that class. We do not bill by the class; we only bill by the month.

Cancellation PolicyWe require a 30-day written notice to cancel tuition or withdraw a dancer from any class. Once notification is received, you will be charged for the last month. There are no exceptions to this policy. If there are fewer than five dancers enrolled in any given class for at least one month, the studio may need to consider canceling the class. However, we want to assure you that we will provide a 30-day cancellation notice in such cases. Furthermore, we are committed to doing our best to find another suitable class for your dancer.
