• Studio A (~1,640 sq ft): Large-format studio suitable for full classes, rehearsals, or group programs

• Studio B (~1,120 sq ft): Ideal for activities with up to 25 participants

• Studio C (~520 sq ft): Best suited for private sessions, small groups, or one-on-one work

Rental Structure

We prioritize recurring weekly rentals and multi-month agreements for instructors and programs looking to establish a consistent presence. Discounted rates are available for recurring weekly time blocks with 3 month minimum committment.​
