Annual Registration FeeThere is an annual registration fee of $35 per family for all new students at the time of enrollment.
Tuition Is Based On Our Year-Round ScheduleThis is an average of 4 classes per month, whereas, some months have 5 classes, while others might have 3 during holiday breaks.
Tuition Payment Due DateAll tuition is due on the first day of the month. After 10 days of nonpayment, a late payment will be charged to the account of $25.
Late Enrollment Is ProratedIf you enroll mid-month, your total will be prorated for the remaining days of the month.
Other FeesThere will be a $25 fee charged for any returned checks.
AutopayYou are NOT automatically enrolled in auto when registering for classes. To set up autopay, log into your account and you will click 'auto pay' to add your card on file. This will be charged the 1st of every month. Costumes and recital fees will not be automatically charged.
Cancelation PolicyWe require 30-day written notice in order to cancel tuition and/or withdraw a dancer from any class. Once notification is received you will be charged for your last month. There are no exceptions to this policy. If there are fewer than three kids enrolled in a class then the class will be automatically cancelled. We will give you a 30-day notice of cancellation and will do our best to find another class for your dancer.
Drop/Adding ClassesIf you wish to add or drop a class from your schedule, you must notify us in writing via email. If the class you’re adding is not full you may begin attending once you’ve completed registration for that class. We require a 30-day written notice to drop a class. You will be billed for the class for 30 days after the date we receive notification in writing, Refunds: There are no refunds. Once you have registered for a particular class, we are holding a place in that class for your child. We do not bill by the class, only by the month.
