Stretch, Strength, Technique
1:00pm to 3:30pm each day for Ages 6-9 (Beginner). 4:00pm to 7:00pm for Ages 10+ (Advanced). Focus on strength training, flexibility, and technical movements. This intensive will include pilates based strength and stretch as well as introductions to turns, leaps, and tricks across the floor.
